Some discoveries you might make from our personal training or private yoga sessions are how posture affects your confidence, your breath influences your emotional state, and moving with your emotions can unlock your potential.
My favorite thing to hear from a client is “I never knew I could…”. The light that comes into a yoga client’s face when they finally “get” that pose they once thought was beyond reach is priceless.
One client who declared during our first session, “I hate running,” later discovered she was a runner at heart and ended up running in races regularly.
My approach combines corrective exercise, somatic awareness, and intuition to create a unique experience, tailored to your needs.
